How to use:
Before showering, massage the mud mask directly onto your scalp - scrubbing gently to stimulate circulation and awaken the follicles. Then work it through your hair strands from root to tip. Tie hair up and let it sit for 30 minutes. Hop in the shower and rinse thoroughly, following with your usual shampoo and conditioner. Use twice a month for best results.

This mud mask really nourished my dry hair! I could see it and feel it after use that my hair was not as puffy and just had more body to it.
