Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or new launches, processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Priority Mail): 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Packaging

Each product is securely wrapped to prevent spillage or breakage during transit. We use eco-conscious and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Aziza Afghan Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email here] with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
For lost or stolen packages, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand internationally soon!
