Each Aziza Afghan Beauty product is handmade in small batches with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and packaged with care. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain strict standards of safety, freshness, and hygiene. Please review the policy below before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our skincare and beauty products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or unsealed. This ensures that every product reaching our customers remains uncompromised and safe for use.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at connect@azizaafghan.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Personal care and beauty products (including face masks, lip oils, and treatments)
- Items marked final sale or promotional gifts
- Products with slight variations in color, texture, or scent — these natural differences are normal in small-batch formulations

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right.
